Purpose
The government provides free subsidies for part of installation cost of new and renewable energy facilities in order to promote commercialization and deployment of new and renewable energy. This will create and expand the markets for new and renewable energy.

Eligibility
All types of general buildings (residential buildings, buildings and facilities owned and managed by central and local government and buildings obliged to install new and renewable energy facilities are excluded)
